back from the gym

It was a good workout. I really need to become more consistent, but I’m getting better, slowly.  I’ve challenged myself to 20 “runs” this month. (I’m not actually running yet, more of a fast walk at 3.7mph). I’m 3 behind to reach my goal. I’ll fit them in somewhere I hope. No weight lost yet, but going by my measurements, I’ve lost some inches.

With the holidays rapidly approaching, writing has gone by the wayside. Still, the voices in my head speak.  Only now, its more like a murmur. More soon.
